THE EMERALD GUILD SOCIETY IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION FOUNDED IN 1992 AS AN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR THE GROWING NUMBER OF IRISH RESIDENT MANAGERS ENGAGED IN THE SUPERINTENDING AND MAINTENANCE OF BUILDINGS IN NEW YORK. ITS OBJECTIVES ARE TO PROMOTE A BETTER CHANNELING OF INFORMATION TO ALL THE BUILDING MANAGERS AND TO ACHIEVE A GREATER EFFICIENCY IN THE MAINTNANCE AND OPERATIONS OF BUILDINGS.
