CURRENTLY OPERATES FOUR CONGREGATE TRANSITIONAL SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAMS FOR INDIVIDUALS DIAGNOSED WITH HIV/AIDS, FOUR SCATTER SITE PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE QUALITY SUPPORTIVE HOUSING AND ANCILLARY SERVICES TO ELIGIBLE HOMELESS FAMILIES AFFLICTED WITH AIDS OR HIV, TWO NEWLY CONSTRUCTED PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAMS FOR SPECIAL NEEDS POPULATIONS THAT MEET NY/NY III CRITERIA AND THREE TRANSITIONAL PROGRAMS FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES WITH AND WITHOUT CHILDREN.
