RESIDENTIAL REHAB - THIS HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM MAY PROVIDE REHABILITATION GRANTS TO CUSTOMERS WHO MEET INCOME ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. STAFF ACT AS A LIAISON BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE CONTRACTOR; ASSISTING WITH THE OUTLINE OF HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS, SELECTING A CONTRACTOR, AND MONITORING PROGRESS THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. THIS PROGRAM IS ALSO SUPPORTED BY $956,974 OF GOVERNMENT GRANTS.

HOME OWNERSHIP SERVICES - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES PRE- AND POST-PURCHASE EDUCATION FOR POTENTIAL HOMEBUYERS. ONE-ON-ONE CREDIT AND BUDGET COUNSELING ARE PROVIDED TO ASSIST IN THE JOURNEY TO HOMEOWNERSHIP. THIS PROGRAM ALSO INCLUDES A FORECLOSURE PREVENTION COUNSELING PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES SERVICES TO RESIDENTS OF ERIE AND NIAGARA COUNTIES.
