EXPENSES INCURRED IN RENTING AND MANAGING OF RENTAL HOUSING UNITS TO 291 QUALIFIED LOW INCOME TENANT FAMILIES, WHICH ARE SCATTERED SITE MULTI-FAMILY BUILDINGS NOT ALWAYS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO EACH OTHER. THE PROPERTIES HAVE MANY COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS THAT MANAGEMENT MUST FOLLOW. IN ADDITION, MANAGEMENT STRIVES TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY SERVICES, INCLUDING INVESTING IN INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES IN AN ATTEMPT TO TRANSITION FAMILIES OUT OF POVERTY AND INTO ECONOMIC STABILITY.
