(PHSP) IS A LICENSED PREPAID HEALTH SERVICES PLAN THAT PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE PREPAID HEALTH CARE COVERAGE TO BENEFICIARIES OF GOVERNMENT HEALTH CARE COVERAGE PROGRAMS. PHSP HAS PARTICIPATED IN NEW YORK'S MEDICAID PROGRAM SINCE OCTOBER 1994. FOR 2021 THERE WERE 1,323,973 MEMBERS ENROLLED IN PHSP'S MEDICAID PLAN.
HEALTH AND RECOVERY PLAN (HARP): HEALTHFIRST PHSP, INC.
