THE FOUNDATION HAVE A BROAD RANGE OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES THAT ENCOMPASSES BIOMEDICAL, HEALTH SERVICES, REHABILITATION ENGINEERING, MENTAL HEALTH AND GERIATRIC RESEARCH ENDEAVORS. THE FOUNDATION ALSO SUPPORTS VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES AND OTHER LEARNING EXPERIENCES OF BENEFIT TO EMPLOYEES AND VETERANS. THE FOUNDATION'S RESEARCH IS CONDUCTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER, AS AUTHORIZED BY TITLE 38 UNITED STATES CODE (USC), "VETERANS' BENEFITS", SECTION 7362.
