HAS BEEN FORMED TO PROMOTE, FOSTER, AND IMPROVE THE HEALTH WELFARE AND ECONOMIC STATUS OF THE NEEDY, ELDERLY, AND THOSE LIVING BELOW THE POVERTY LEVEL. THEY ALSO SEEK TO IDENTIFY THE EMPLOYMENT, HOUSING, AND SOCIAL SERVICE NEEDS OF THIS SAME CATEGORY OF THE COMMUNITY.
