INCREASE AWARENESS OF COMMERCIAL AND AESTHETIC VALUE OF SOUND ECOLOGICAL POLICY, PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT.THE RIVER PROJECT ALSO BEGAN YEAR ROUND OPERATIONS, DEVELOPED AN ON-GOING INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AND UPGRADED THE EXHIBIT AREA AND THE AQUARIUM.
