RENTAL OPERATIONS: THE ORGANIZATION RENTAL ACTIVITIES ARE UNDERTAKEN TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, COMBAT COMMUNITY DETERIORATION AND IMPROVE THE OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS SERVED BY THE MONTEFIORE MEDICINE ACADEMIC HEALTH SYSTEM. THESE INITIATIVES INCLUDE ACQUIRING, CONSTRUCTING, OPERATING AND RENTING, REHABILITATING AND IMPROVING HOUSING, RELATED FACILITIES AND OTHER STRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES.
COMMUNITY SERVICES: THE ORGANIZATION PURPOSES ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AND FOR THE SUPPORT OF MONTEFIORE HEALTH SYSTEM THROUGH IMPROVING SOME OF THE SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH IN CREATING HEALTHIER COMMUNITIES.
