WEC CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAM IN PERU, GUATEMALA, EL SALVADOR AND HONDURAS CONTRIBUTES TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT BY PROVIDING COOPERATIVE PROJECTS, TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS THAT ENHANCE THE ABILITY OF INDUSTRY, GOVERNMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS TO PROTECT AND IMPROVE THE ENVIRONMENT WHILE STRENGTHENING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. THESE PROGRAMS ARE OFTEN FUNDED THROUGH GOVERNMENT GRANTS AND/OR WEC'S CORPORATE MEMBERS. THIS CATEGORY INCLUDES ALL WEC SUPPLY CHAIN PROJECTS.
