IN WASHINGTON HEIGHTS COMMUNITY IN NEW YORK, THE PROGRAM IS COMPOSED OF ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY (170) HEAD START CHILDREN IN CENTER BASE CLASSROOMS AND EIGHTY (80) EARLY HEAD START INFANTS AND TODDLERS IN A HOME BASE PROGRAM. NORTHERN MANHATTAN II PROGRAM SERVES WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, WEST HARLEM AND HAMILTON HEIGHTS COMMUNITIES.
