FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2020, WBHNRC ASSISTED 1,061 HOUSEHOLDS. THIS INCLUDED ASSISTANCE IN RESOLVING MORE THAN 92 EVICTION CASES ON FAVOR OF THE TENANT. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ASSISTED MORE THAN 20 FAMILIES WITH RENT OVERCHARGES, 220 HOUSEHOLDS WITH RENT SUBSIDIES AND HELPED OVER 30 HOUSEHOLDS OBTAIN NEEDED REPAIRS. FOR EVERY DOLLAR IN FUNDING PROVIDED TO WBHNRC, JUST OVER $ 12.00 IS RETURNED TO THE COMMUNITY IN BENEFITS AND SAVINGS.
