FOJP'S RISK MANAGEMENT AND INSURANCE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED THROUGH THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS: (I) PROFESSIONAL AND GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE SERVICES FOR HOSPITALS AND THEIR EMPLOYED PHYSICIANS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE TO BE PERFORMED AS INTERNAL ACTIVITIES BY THE HOSPITALS; (II) GENERAL LIABILITY AND PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE SERVICES FOR THE SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES THAT WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE TO BE PERFORMED AS INTERNAL ACTIVITIES BY THE SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES; (III) GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL ENTITY COMMERCIAL PROPERTY AND LIABILITY INSURANCE SERVICES FOR ALL BENEFICIARY ORGANIZATIONS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE TO BE PERFORMED AS INTERNAL ACTIVITIES BY THE BENEFICIARY ORGANIZATIONS; AND (IV) MANAGEMENT AND CLAIMS SERVICES FOR HOSPITALS INSURANCE COMPANY, INC.
