MEETINGS, EVENTS, AND EDUCATION - USING THE CAREER PATH AS ITS GUIDE, ASID CURATES IN-PERSON AND ONLINE EDUCATION AND ENGAGEMENT FOR EVERY STAGE OF THE INTERIOR DESIGNER'S CAREER. IN ADDITION, ASID PARTICIPATES IN EXTERNAL TRADESHOWS AND EVENTS TO DELIVER EDUCATION AROUND LEADERSHIP, DESIGN, AND BUSINESS SKILLS.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS - DEVELOPS STRATEGIES TO COMMUNICATE THE ASID BRAND AND THE INTERIOR DESIGN PROFESSION TO THE PUBLIC USING COMMUNICATIONS, MARKETING, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND MEDIA RELATIONS TACTICS. ALSO INCLUDES EXPENSES FOR COMMUNICATING NEWS AND BENEFITS TO MEMBERS THROUGH I+D MAGAZINE, AND THROUGH VARIOUS E-COMMUNICATIONS (E.G. NEWSLETTERS, EBLASTS, WEB, AND SOCIAL MEDIA).
