TO IMPROVE BUSINESS CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERS BY HAVING CONFERENCE AND MEETINGS AT WHICH VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY BUSINESS TOPICS AND INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO, AND DISCUSSED WITH THE MEMBERSHIP. IN ADDITION, THERE ARE ALSO LECTURES PROVIDED BY GUEST SPEAKERS AT MEETING ETC.

EXEMPT PURPOSE ACHIEVEMENTS ARE:1. VIRTUAL NETWORKING TO CREATE MORE BUSINESS WITHIN AND AMONGST INDUSTRY MEMBERS.2. LOBBYING TO STOP THE HUGE INCREASE IN GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE.3. PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH THE MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION ON THE INDUSTRY AND OTHER RELATED TOPICS.4. UNITING FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING THE DEPARTMENT OF BUILDINGS A WORKABLE INSTITUTION.5.
