ANNUAL IN-PERSON GLOBAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE AND EDGE WAS NOT SCHEDULED FOR 2022. THIS ANNUAL CONFERENCE PROVIDES EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR INCOMING REGIONAL AND CHAPTER OFFICERS. IN 2022, LEADERSHIP SERVICES - DURING THE YEAR, SEVERAL IN-PERSON LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS (LDW) PROVIDED EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR APPROXIMATELY 600 INCOMING REGIONAL AND CHAPTER OFFICERS. IN ADDITION, A LEADERSHIP MEETING FOR APPROXIMATELY 130 COMMITTEE MEMBERS WAS HELD FOR PLANNING AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT FOR THE ORGANIZATION.
CHAPTER SUPPORT - WITH MORE THAN 480 CHAPTERS IN 140+ COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE, YPO MEMBERS CONNECT IN ALL TIME ZONES, IN EVERY PART OF THE WORLD, EVERY HOUR IN THE DAY. THE YPO MANAGEMENT TEAM SUPPORTS CHAPTERS THROUGH THE SHARING OF BEST PRACTICES WITH MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND CHAPTER MANAGERS; EDUCATING CHAPTER OFFICERS; PROVIDING FORUM, EVENT, AND LEARNING SUPPORT AS WELL AS PROVIDING REGIONAL FUNDS TO CHAPTERS IN SUPPORT OF MEMBER-LED PROGRAMS.
NETWORK SUPPORT - YPO NETWORKS SERVE AS THE OFFICIAL INTEREST-BASED AND VIRTUAL COMMUNITIES' PLATFORM FOR MEMBERS GLOBALLY.
