THE AGENCY STAFF PROVIDE ENGLISH LANGUAGE INSTRUCTION, JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES, BILINGUAL CASE MANAGEMENT, EDUCATIONAL COUNSELING AND IMMIGRATION LEGAL SERVICES FOR NEWLY ARRIVED REFUGEES AND IMMIGRANTS. THE CENTER SERVED APPROXIMATELY 500 CLIENTS EACH YEAR AND ALL OF ITS RESOURCES ARE DEVOTED TO THE PROVISION OF THESE SERVICES.
