HOUSING: PROVIDE WORKSHOPS, EDUCATE AND ASSIST TENANTS AND LANDLORDS WITH FINANCIAL COUNSELING AND SERVICES BETWEEN LANDLORD AND TENANT ISSUES.


CIVIC ENGAGEMET: CONSIST OF YOUTH INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERISM, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EFFORTS SUCH AS CLEANUP GROUP EFFORTS, MUTAL AID EFFORTS DURING THE PEAK OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC FOR FOOD DISTRIBUTIONS, PPE SUPPLIES AND POP-UP ONSITE AND MOBILE TESTING AND PREVENTION IN HATE CRIMES SPECFICALLY FOR THE AAPI COMMUNITY . IN ADDIITON COMMUNITY LAND TRUST , ANOTHER SECTOR OF OUR HOUSING DIRECT SERVICES PROVIDES LASTING COMMUNITY ASSETS AND SHARED EQUITY HOMEOWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES.
