EACH PATIENT FACES A UNIQUE SET OF NEEDS. CAREITY FOUNDATION HELPS TO IDENTIFY SPECIFIC NEEDS AND PROVIDE INDIVIDUALIZED CARE THROUGH SUPPORTIVE CLINICAL SERVICES. CAREITY FOUNDERS HAVE FORMED A NETWORK OF SERVICE PROVIDERS IN 5 COUNTIES. THIS COLLABORATION OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS HAS ENABLED CAREITY TO NEGOTIATE PAYMENTS FOR PATIENT NEEDS TO MANY FACILITIES AND MANY TIMES TO ELIMINATE DEBT FOR PATIENTS WHO OTHERWISE WOULD NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR LIFE SAVING PROCEDURES.
