THE DISTRIBUTION SOLUTIONS CONFERENCE:THE FOODSERVICE DISTRIBUTION SOLUTIONS CONFERENCE & EXPO IS AN INDUSTRY-WIDE CONFERENCE ADDRESSING OPERATIONAL ISSUES INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION, DISTRIBUTION, TECHNOLOGY, AND HUMAN RESOURCES. DESIGNED FOR DECISION MAKERS FROM ACROSS THE FOODSERVICE DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRY, THIS CONFERENCE PROVIDES IN-DEPTH EDUCATION AND AN EXPOSITION WITH MAJOR VENDORS SUPPORTING DISTRIBUTION CENTER AND FLEET OPERATIONS. UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO THE RESURGENCE OF THE PANDEMIC IN THE FALL OF 2021 THE EVENT HAD TO BE CANCELED AND INCURRED SIGNIFICANT EXPENSES THAT WERE NOT REFUNDABLE.
THE IFDA PARTNERS EXECUTIVE FORUM:THE IFDA PARTNERS EXECUTIVE FORUM PROVIDES THE OPPORTUNITY FOR TOP-TO-TOP STRATEGIC DISCUSSIONS BETWEEN FOODSERVICE DISTRIBUTORS AND THEIR SUPPLIERS. IT WAS HELD JANUARY 25-27, 2021, WITH APPROXIMATELY 1,080 ATTENDEES. THE ATTENDANCE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN OTHER YEARS BECAUSE IT WAS A VIRTUAL EVENT.
IFDA SMART CONFERENCE:THE IFDA SMART CONFERENCE ADDRESSES REAL WORLD SALES AND MARKETING ISSUES. THIS CONFERENCE HELPS FOODSERVICE DISTRIBUTORS IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES, DEAL WITH CHALLENGES, AND MAKE THEIR SALES AND MARKETING EFFORTS MORE EFFECTIVE. THIS EVENT WAS HELD JULY 18-20, 2021, WITH APPROXIMATELY 113 ATTENDEES.
IFDA EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:THE IFDA EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR FOODSERVICE DISTRIBUTOR EXECUTIVES IS DESIGNED TO TAKE HIGH POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES TO THE NEXT LEVEL THROUGH A PROCESS OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
