PART 1, LINE 1: SUMMARY PLAST CONFERENCE, INC. WAS REGISTERED AS A 501(C)(3) CORPORATION IN 1995. THE PRIMARY MISSION FROM 1995 THROUGH FEBRUARY 2021 WAS TO ASSIST THE DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH OF THE WORLDWIDE UKRAINIAN SCOUTING ORGANIZATIONS. FUNDS WERE DIRECTED AT PROGRAMS TO TRAIN COUNSELORS, DEVELOP SCOUT CAMPS, SUPPORT COUNTRY ORGANIZATIONAL EFFORTS AND ENSURE THAT SCOUTING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES WERE FOLLOWED IN ALL MEMBER COUNTRIES. MEMBER COUNTRIES AT 12/31/2022 WERE: ARGENTINA, AUSTRALIA, AUSTRIA, GERMANY, POLAND, UKRAINE, AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. WE ALSO PUBLISH PERIODICALS AND TRAINING MATERIAL FOR SCOUTING MEMBERS AND COUNSELORS. SINCE 2014, WITH THE FIRST INVASION OF UKRAINE BY THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, WE HAVE BEEN PROVIDING MEDICAL AND HUMANITARIAN AID TO UKRAINIAN SOLDIERS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CIVILIANS DISPLACED BY THE HOSTILITIES. SINCE THE SECOND, AND MORE WIDESPREAD, INVASION BY RUSSIA IN FEBRUARY 2021, WE HAVE BEEN ASKED BY VARIOUS INDIVIDUALS, ORGANIZATIONS,
