THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN PROVIDING EMERGENCY DISPATCH SERVICES TO THE LOWER CONNECTICUT RIVER VALLEY AREA SINCE 1976. THE CURRENT TOWNS SERVED ARE CHESTER, DEEP RIVER, DURHAM, EAST HADDAM, HADDAM, KILLINGWORTH, LYME, ESSEX, OLD LYME, MIDDLEFIELD, AND WESTBROOK. THE STAFF OF TELECOMMUNICATORS ARE ALL TRAINED TO RESPOND TO 911 EMERGENCIES AND MAN THE CONTROL CENTER ALL DAY EVERY DAY. THE ORGANIZATION COLLABORATES WITH COMMERCIAL COMPANIES TO PROVIDE CERTAIN SERVICES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES ALARM MONITORING SERVICES FOR A FEE TO AREA HOMES AND BUSINESSES.
