ITS DISPATCH CENTER IS STAFFED 24 HOURS A DAY BY TRAINED DISPATCHERS, IT OPERATES A SECONDARY PUBLIC SERVICE ANSWERING POINT (PSAP) FOR THE WESTCHESTER 911 SYSTEM AND DISPATCHES EMERGENCY MEDICAL CALLS IN THE COMMUNITY.
