THE CONNECTICUT ASSOCIATION FOR HEALTHCARE AT HOME SUPPORTS ITS MEMBER AGENCIES, AS WELL AS ASSOCIATE AND AFFILIATE MEMBERS BY:*PROVIDING LEADERSHIP, EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, INFORMATION, AND FOSTERING COLLABORATION AROUND ISSUES THAT ADDRESS ACCESS, QUALITY AND THE AFFORDABILITY OF HOME CARE AND HOSPICE SERVICES IN CONNECTICUT.*SUPPORTING THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY TO IMPROVE CLINICAL OUTCOMES, MANAGE COSTS AND ENHANCE ASSOCIATION VALUE FOR ITS MEMBERS.*SERVING AS THE UNIFIED VOICE ON BOTH A STATE AND NATIONAL LEVEL TO IMPROVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH REGULATORY BODIES AND OTHER DECISION-MAKING ENTITIES.
