OUR DAY PROGRAMS OFFER DAILY OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TO ENHANCE SKILLS WHILE PROVIDING FOR THEIR PERSONAL CARE AND SAFETY. CHOICE IS EMPHASIZED IN ALL ACTIVITIES AND SELF ADVOCACY IS ENCOURAGED. SERVICES ARE BASED UPON THE INDIVIDUAL'S NEEDS AND TAKE PLACE BOTH ON SITE AND IN THE COMMUNITY.
UCP SPECIALIZES IN RESIDENTIAL SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES. WE PROVIDE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN THEIR OWN HOME IN THE COMMUNITY TO ENABLE EACH PERSON MAXIMUM INDEPENDENCE WHILE PROVIDING THEM WITH PERSON-CENTERED SUPPORTS. UCP'S SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES INCLUDE A CLUSTER SETTING WITH ON-SITE SUPPORT AND EMERGENCY ON-CALL ASSISTANCE. HEALTH CARE COORDINATION SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE.
