THE MISSION OF THE VILLAGE FOUNDATION, AS STATED IN ITS CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION, IS TO BENEFIT AND UPHOLD, PROMOTE AND FURTHER THE WELFARE, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OF BGV, TO ACQUIRE, IMPROVE, HOLD AND LEASE TO BGV ANY REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY USEFUL TO THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE PURPOSES OF THE VILLAGE FOUNDATION OR BGV AND TO RECEIVE AND ACCEPT PUBLIC AND PRIVATE GIFTS, TRUSTS, DONATIONS, GRANTS AND LOANS TO PROMOTE THE PURPOSES OF THE VILLAGE FOUNDATION OR BGV.
