THE CRYSTAL LAKE 5-YEAR PLAN REFLECTS A COLLABORATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS PLANT AND WATER SPECIALISTS AN ENGINEER A COASTAL GEOLOGIST AND ENVIRONMENTAL LAWYERS. THE PLAN WAS PRESENTED TO THE OAK BLUFFS ENVIRONMENTAL COMMISSION OVER 3 MEETINGS IN 2021. THE COMMISSION PERMITTED A PILOT PROGRAM TO FURTHER STUDY THE BENEFITS OF THE PLAN BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION.
