NCT ALSO OFFERED CLASSES TO ORIENT NEWLY ELECTED OFFICIALS, PROMOTE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN, PRIVATE, GOVERNMENT AND CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPORT IMPLEMENTATION OF PLANNING CONSISTENT WITH THE OVERALL GROWTH PLAN OF NEWTON COUNTY, GA INCLUDING ZONING, DEVELOPMENT, REGULATION, AND POLICIES. INCLUDED IN NCT'S ACTIVITIES ARE FUNDING PROGRAMS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA METROPOLITAN DESIGN STUDIO IN COVINGTON, GA.
