AGE FRIENDLY PIONEER VALLEY - PLANNING EFFORT TO EXPAND OUR WORK ENCOURAGING AND ENGAGEMENT MEMBER COMMUNITIES IN PLANNING FOR AN AGING POPULATION. WE EDUCATE AND WORK WITH OUR MEMBER COMMUNITIES TO DEVELOP ACTION PLANS IN PREPARATION FOR AGING POPULATIONS.
