DURING THE YEAR THE ORGANIZATION'S MOST SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES WERE AS FOLLOWS: SIMULATION INSTRUCTOR TRAINING: THE ORGANIZATION OFFERED TRAINING TO DIRECTORS, PRINCIPAL FACULTY, AND INSTRUCTORS OF CURRENT OR PROSPECTIVE SIMULATION PROGRAMS. CLINICAL TRAINING: THE ORGANIZATION OFFERED COURSES DESIGNED FOR INDIVIDUALS AND TEAMS ACROSS THE HEALTH CARE FIELD. PHYSICIANS, NURSES, HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS, EDUCATORS, AND LEADERS ALL BENEFITED FROM EXPANDING THEIR SKILLS AND COLLABORATION THROUGH SIMULATION. THE ORGANIZATION REGULARLY SCHEDULES COURSES IN ANESTHESIOLOGY, OBSTETRICS AND SURGERY ENVIRONMENTS.
