DIAL/SELF'S MISSION IS TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE INCREASE THEIR PERSONAL AND COMMUNITY STRENGTHS AND DEVELOP AUTONOMY BY CONNECTING THEM WITH HOUSING, INCOME, EDUCATION AND CIVIC OPPORTUNITIES.

AMERICORP - PROGRAM TO PROVIDE PATHWAYS TO OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE ENTERING THE WORKFORCE.


TRANSITIONAL LIVING - PROGRAM HOUSES OLDER YOUTH EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS AND HELPS PREPARE THEM FOR ADULTHOOD THROUGH LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND ACCESS TO OTHER SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. HOUSING FIRST - PROGRAM PROVIDES CONNECTIONS TO HOUSING, AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO MAINTAIN THAT HOUSING, TO LGBTQ HOMELESSNESS AND CHRONICALLY HOMELESS YOUNG ADULTS AGED 18-24. YOUTH HOUSING RESOURCES - PROGRAM PROVIDES HOUSING STABILITY TO HOMELESS YOUTH AGES 18-24. PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES SERVICES TO THOSE SAME YOUTH INCLUDING COUNSELING AND ACCESS TO OTHER SERVICES. YOUNG ADULT HOUSING - PROGRAM PROMOTES INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO ASSIST HOMELESS PERSONS IN THE TRANSITION FROM HOMELESSNESS, AND TO PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF HOUSING RELATED SERVICES TO HOMELESS PERSONS TO ENABLE THEM TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE.


GREENFIELD TEEN HOUSING - 10 EFFICIENCY APARTMENTS WHICH PROVIDE SUBSIDIZED SUPPORTIVE AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME HOMELESS YOUNG ADULTS AGES 18 - 25.


BASIC CENTER - HELPS CREATE AND STRENGTHEN COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS THAT MEET THE IMMEDIATE NEEDS OF RUNAWAY AND HOMELESS YOUTH UNDER 18 YEARS OLD. IN ADDITION, BCP TRIES TO REUNITE YOUNG PEOPLE WITH THEIR FAMILIES OR LOCATE APPROPRIATE ALTERNATIVE PLACEMENTS.
