SERVICES INCLUDE A VARIETY OF RESIDENTIAL OPTIONS, COMMUNITY LIVING AND SAFETY SKILLS, FINANCIAL AND MONEY MANAGEMENT, ADVOCACY AND CASE MANAGEMENT, CLINICAL CONSULTATION, HEALTH AND NUTRITION EDUCATION, ETC.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT/VOCATIONAL SERVICES - THIS COMMUNITY BASED DAY SUPPORTS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO HELP CLIENTS TRANSITION FROM SCHOOL TO WORK, OBTAIN MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT AND LIVE HAPPY, FULFILLED AND INDEPENDENT LIVES.
