THE ORGANIZATION RAISES FUNDS THROUGH WORKPLACE CAMPAIGNS, CORPORATE GIFTS, SPONSORSHIPS, GOVERNMENT AND FOUNDATION GRANTS AND INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS. THE ORGANIZATION INVESTS THESE RESOURCES IN SUPPORT OF THREE PRIORITY COMMUNITY ISSUES: EARLY CHILDHOOD LITERACY, POSITIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND ECONOMIC PROSPERITY. THE ORGANIZATION PARTNERS WITH A VARIETY OF NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN BERKSHIRE COUNTY, INCLUDING READY4K, BERKSHIRE BOOKHOUSES AND WEEREAD. THE ORGANIZATION LEADS SEVERAL INITIATIVES TO ADDRESS COMMUNITY NEEDS. IN FYE 6/30/22, 38 PROGRAMS WERE FUNDED ACROSS 25 LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS.
