HOSPITAL PREPAREDNESS PROGRAM - TO PROVIDE HOSPITALS IN THE REGION WITH ADEQUATE TRAINING & EQUIPMENT FOR THE HANDLING OF PREPAREDNESS EVENTS.TRAUMA CARE FUNDS TO ASSIST IN EMS TRAINING, SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT PURCHASES.RAC SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT FUNDS - FUNDS FROM RAC SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT USED FOR TRAUMA CARE TO HELP EMS SERVICES & HOSPITALS WITH TRAINING & EQUIPMENT PURCHASES.
