AFFORDABLE SERVICES OFFERED INCLUDE PEDIATRIC CARE, OBSTETRICS, GYNECOLOGY, INTERNAL MEDICINE, CHRONIC CARE MANAGEMENT, FAMILY PLANNING, IMMUNIZATIONS, LABORATORY SERVICES ON SITE, VISION SERVICES, DENTAL SERVICES, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, SOCIAL SERVICES, HEALTH EDUCATION AND OUTREACH, AND NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS.
