THE CLINICS PROVIDED 99,696 VISITS TO THESE PATIENTS. SERVICES OFFERED TO PATIENTS INCLUDE PRIMARY CARE, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, GENERAL DENTISTRY, NUTRITION, OUTREACH AND ENROLLMENT, AND COORDINATED CARE THROUGH A TEAM OF QUALITY SUPPORT SPECIALISTS. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION MANAGES BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAMS IN EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH, LIVINGSTON PARISH, TANGIPAHOA PARISH AND WEST BATON ROUGE PARISH AREA SCHOOLS.
