MISSION:

LINC-CDC ENGAGES IN THE SOLICITATION, ADMINISTRATION, DISBURSEMENT AND RENTAL OF PROPERTY TO FOSTER LOW INCOME HOUSING. IT SERVES AS A CHDO TO ASSIST LOCAL JURISDICTIONS TO BETTER USE THEIR HOME GRANTS FROM THE FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

THE LONG BEACH COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FUNCTIONS AS A LEADER FOR POSITIVE CHANGE.

TO SUPPORT DIGNITY HEALTH DBA ST. MARY MEDICAL CENTER IN THE LONG BEACH AREA IN PROVIDING HEALTH CARE.

The goal of this organization is to develop, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing that is available to people who qualify on the basis of income, age or disability for publicly subsidized housing e.g., HUD housing or housing assistance under Section 8 of the Housing and Urban Development Act.
