THE MISSION OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION IS TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY IN TEACHING, LEARNING, COMMUNITY SERVICE, AND APPLIED RESEARCH.

Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

SUPPORT OF MAJOR CSU INITIATIVES SUCH AS IMPROVING THE GRADUATION RATE AND TEACHER PREPARATION THROUGH COLLABORATION WITH EXTERNAL FUNDERS.


THE CSU FOUNDATION SUPPORTED THE EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNANCE ACTIVITIES OF THE 23 UNIVERSITY CAMPUSES, THROUGH REGULAR MEETINGS OF ITS TRUSTEES, PRESIDENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND ALUMNI LEADERS AS WELL AS PROVIDING EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION.


THE CSU FOUNDATION PROVIDED SCHOLARSHIPS TO 381 STUDENTS THROUGHOUT THE CSU SYSTEM.
