THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO MEET THE EDUCATIONAL AND LITERARY NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE OF CHOUTEAU COUNTY BY MANAGING FUNDS, DONATIONS, AND BEQUESTS THAT WILL PROVIDE ONGOING SERVICES, PROGRAMS, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CHOUTEAU COUNTY LIBRARY, AND THE BIG SANDY, GERALDINE, AND HIGHWOOD BRANCH LIBRARIES.

TREASURE STATE APPRENTICESHIP SCHOOL IEC HAS A MISSION TO GIVE OUTSTANDING CLASSROOMINSTRUCTION AND LAB GUIDANCE TO INCOMING ELECTRICAL APPRENTICES ON THEIR PATH TO BECOMING JOURNEYMAN WIREMEN. WE WILL PROVIDE INSTRUCTION FROM THE LATEST IEC CURRICULUM AND OUR INSTRUCTORS WILL GIVE GUIDANCE BASED THE MOST CURRENT INDUSTRY STANDARDS AND ELECTRICAL CODE.

WE BELIEVE HEALTHY, CLEAN WATERWAYS GO HAND-IN-HAND WITH STRONG COMMUNITIES AND THEREFORE FOCUS BOTH ON STOPPING POLLUTION AND ON SUSTAINABLE, LONG-TERM SOLUTIONS TO ISSUES THREATENING SOUTHWEST AND WEST-CENTRAL MONTANA.
