GSP WORKED WITH MEMBERS OF OUR OCREI WORKGROUP AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBERS TO DEVELOP A COMMUNITY 2024 BUDGET PROPOSAL AND SIGN ON LETTER FOR THE CITY OF SPOKANE.
