CITIZEN OF THE YEAR AWARD: THE SOCIETY MAINTAINS THIS ONGOING AWARD, WHICH IT INITIATED IN 1994 TO ENCOURAGE COMMUNITY SERVICE AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP. AN ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET IS HELD TO RECOGNIZE AND HONOR THE CITIZEN OF THE YEAR. IN 2021, THE EVENTS WAS CANCALED DUE TO COVID-19.
MODEL MOTHER AND FATHER OF THE YEAR AWARD: THE SOCIETY MAINTAINS THIS ONGOING AWARD, WHICH IT INITIATED IN 1956, TO ENCOURGAGE THE TEACHING OF CONFUCIUS REGARDING THE PRESERVATION OF HARMONIOUS FAMILY RELATIONS AS WELL AS RESPECT FOR ONE'S ELDERS AND PARENTS.
