LACCF PROVIDES STUDENT SERVICES AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO INCREASE COLLEGE ACCESS AND SUCCESS FOR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED STUDENTS AND OTHER HISTORICALLY UNDERSERVED STUDENT GROUPS.
