IS TO TAKE AN ACTIVE INTEREST IN THE CIVIC, CULTURAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE OF CAMBRIA. TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE OPEN DISCUSSION OF ALL MATTERS OF PUBLIC INTEREST,AND TO ENCOURAGE SERVICE MINDED PEOPLE TO SERVE THEIR COMMUNITY WITHOUT PERSONAL FINANCIAL REWARD. THE LIONS ARE FINANCIALLY SUPPORTIVE OF VARIOUS COMMUNITY CLUBS, ORGANIZATIONS AND THE EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AT ALL THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN CAMBRIA. THE LIONS PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO GRADUATING SENIORS TO HELP DEFRAY COLLEGE COSTS. THE LIONS PROVIDE VISION SCREENING AND PAY FOR GLASSES. THE LIONS PAY FOR PRESCRIPTIONS FOR NEEDY COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
