PLANNED PARENTHOOD OF THE PACIFIC SOUTHWEST (PPPSW) PROVIDES A VARIETY OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES TO ITS PATIENTS. DURING THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2022, TO JUNE 30TH, 2023, PPPSW SAW MORE THAN 129,967 PATIENTS DURING MORE THAN 257,230 PATIENT VISITS IN ITS 19 HEALTH CENTERS. SERVICES INCLUDE OVER 358,742 STI TESTS, 72,362 PREGNANCY TESTS, 51,354 CONTRACEPTION VISITS, AND 26,524 CANCER SCREENINGS AND TREATMENT AND OTHER REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES.
PPPSW PROVIDES REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE EDUCATIONS SESSIONS FOR THE COMMUNITIES THAT IT SERVICE. DURING THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2022, AND JUNE 30, 2023, PPPSW EDUCATED MORE THAN 55,000 PEOPLE. THE SESSIONS ARE PERFORMED IN A VARIETY OF COMMUNITY SETTINGS OR VIRTUALLY FOR INDIVIDUALS AS WELL AS GROUPS. ADDITIONALLY, PPPSW ADVOCATES FOR INCREASED ACCESS TO IMPROVED REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE IN A VARIETY OF MANNERS.
