FULFILLED REQUIREMENTS OF TITLE X GRANT TO ENSURE SUB-GRANTEE PROVIDED FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES TO CREATE HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES. (1) IN 2022, 389,031 CLIENTS WERE SERVED AT 392 CLINICAL SITES THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.(2) IN 2022, 5,683 CLIENTS WERE SERVED AT 32 CLINICAL SITES THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF HAWAII.
OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES.
PROVIDED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, TRAINING AND FUNDING TO DIVERSE CLINICS IN CALIFORNIA RELATED TO THE PREVENTION OF SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS (STIS) AND HIV IN AREAS WITH HIGH STIS/HIV MORBIDITY. THE PROGRAM REACHED TARGET POPULATIONS THROUGH SUPPORT OF PARTNER TREATMENT AND USE OF DIGITAL PLATFORMS TO CONNECT USERS WITH SERVICES AND HEALTH INFORMATION.
