FULFILLED REQUIREMENTS OF TITLE X GRANT TO ENSURE SUB-GRANTEES PROVIDED FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES TO CREATE HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES. IN 2021,OVER 222,000 CLIENTS WERE SERVED AT 397 CLINICAL SITES THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
PROVIDED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, TRAINING AND FUNDING TO DIVERSE CLINICS IN CALIFORNIA RELATED TO THE PREVENTION OF SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS (STIS) AND HIV IN AREAS WITH HIGH STIS/HIV MORBIDITY. THE PROGRAM REACHED TARGET POPULATIONS THROUGH SUPPORT OF PARTNER SERVICES AND USE OF DIGITAL PLATFORMS TO CONNECT USERS WITH SERVICES AND HEALTH INFORMATION.
