TO ADVANCE EXCELLENCE IN AIRPORT MANAGEMENT THROUGH COMMUNICATION, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND ADVOCACY WHILE SERVING OUR MEMBERS THROUGH PARTNERSHIP, MENTORSHIP, AND INNOVATION.

FOR THE 2022-2023 FISCAL YEAR, SOUTHWEST CHAPTER HAD A SUCCESSFUL SUMMER AND WINTER CONFERENCE FOR AIRPORT REPRESENTATIVES FROM SEVERAL STATES. WE CONTINUED OUR WORKSHOPS FOR OUR MEMBERS INCLUDING ONLINE NEWS AND RESOURCES TO BENEFIT THE AVIATION INDUSTRY. WE USED A PORTION OF OUR REVENUE TO REWARD FIVE DESERVING SCHOLARS WITH MONETARY SCHOLARSHIPS TOTALING 9,000. WE ALSO SPONSORED 7,500 TO AAAE FOUNDATION, 5,000 TO AAAE EVENTS, AND 3,500 CHAPTER SPONSORSHIPS AND SUPPORT. OUR MEMBERSHIPS INCREASED BY 20 THIS FISCAL YEAR.
