THE BRENTWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION (BPPOA) IS COMMITTED TO PRESERVING AND MAINTAINING THE PARK-LIKE QUALITY OF THE AREA AND THE SAFETY OF FAMILIES WHO LIVE IN THE PARK. THE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTS ITS MEMBERS THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN THE BRENTWOOD COMMUNITY COUNCIL AND THROUGH INTERACTIONS WITH LOCAL ELECTED OFFICIALS AND CITY STAFF ON ISSUES SUCH AS TRAFFIC, LAND USE AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE. TO ENSURE NEIGHBORHOOD SAFETY, BPPOA CONTRACTS FOR A SECURITY SERVICE THAT PATROLS THE PARK 24 HOURS A DAY SEVEN DAYS A WEEK AND IS AVAILABLE TO RESPOND TO MEMBERS SECURITY CONCERNS. BPPOA MAKES A SPECIAL EFFORT TO ASSIST RESIDENTS IN MEETING AND ENJOYING THE COMPANY OF THEIR NEIGHBORS AT VARIOUS COMMUNITY EVENTS.
