EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS PROVIDE WORK ACTIVITY AND SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND PROVIDES EFFECTIVE WORK TRAINING PROGRAMS, JOB PLACEMENT WHERE POSSIBLEM EDUCATIONAL AND SUPPORT SERVICES IN A VARIETY OF SETTINGS. ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE PAID FOR THEIR WORK ACTIVITY.
LICENSED DAY PROGRAMS EMPHASIZE PERSONAL AWARENESS, HYGIENE AND FUNCTIONAL PROFICIENCY WHICH AFFORDS PARTICIPANTS GREATER INDEPENDENCE IN THE COMMUNITY AND HOME.
COMMUNITY PROGRAMS PROVIDE REAL WORLD LIVING ENVIRONMENT FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, RESPITE SERVICES AND SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR THEM TO ENHANCE AND IMPROVE THEIR LIFESTYLES IN THE COMMUNITY.
