THE COUNCIL OF AFRICAN AMERICAN PARENTS (CAAP) IS A 28-YEAR OLD NON-PROFIT AND COMMUNITY DRIVEN ORGANIZATION THAT WORKS TO EMPOWER AND ENGAGE SCHOLARS AND PARENTS ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE, PREPARATION, AND RIGOR. WE OPERATE PROGRAMS FROM GRADES KINDERGARTEN AND BEYOND.
