CCSCLA FOSTERED INTEREST AMONG ITS MEMBERS AND THE COMMUNITY IN SOCIAL ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS AND GROWTH OF THEIR COMMUNTY. CCSCLA ALSO DEVLOPED REHABILITATED AND MANAGED LOW-INCOME HOUSING IN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES. CCSCLA ALSO OWNS AND MANAGES SEVERAL RESIDENTIAL RENTAL APARTMENT COMPLEXES. CCSCLA ALSO GRANTED FUNDS TO JUANITA TATE LEGACY PRESERVATION LP TO FUND THE RESERVE FOR REPLACEMENT.
